Terms of Service — Mismeret

Last updated: 26 May 2026

By using Mismeret ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is a workforce scheduling platform operated by Yosef Gabai (sole proprietor), Israel.

1.Service Description

Mismeret helps organizations create and manage employee work schedules across multiple branches, and lets employees view shifts, submit availability, confirm shifts, and request swaps — including via WhatsApp.

2.Acceptable Use

3.Human Control (Manual First)

All scheduling decisions are made by authorized human managers. Any AI features are advisory only and never take autonomous workforce actions.

4.WhatsApp Messaging

If you interact with the Service via WhatsApp, you consent to receive shift-related messages. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying as instructed or contacting us. Messaging is delivered via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

5.Availability & Changes

The Service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mismeret is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Scheduling accuracy and labor-law compliance remain the responsibility of the organization using the Service.

7.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
